How to stop wasting your life …..
Its never too late to stop doing things that don't have any outcome in your life.
Let’s get real, how many times you’ve thought that you should stop doing this but ended up doing more of that? How many times you have set a schedule to follow but end up following for only a couple of days? How often are you glued to your screen? Ask yourself these questions.
On average, an individual spends 4 to 5 hours a day on mobile phones. Just imagine if you spend 5 hours of time on your mobile screen scrolling, at the end of the year it would be 1825 hours of time spent on nothing ( total blunder ).
If we spend most of our time doing nothing, scrolling consistently without purpose, the chances are that our life would pass by scrolling easily without even letting us think about it.
You might ask, what should we do then? The answer is TAKE ACTION !!
These are 5 things you must do to STOP WASTING your life :
1. Take accountability :
-Make it your responsibility to own yourself and adapt to change.
-Know it is your life and you have to do it anyway.
Stop complaining :
-90 % of your mind becomes free when you stop complaining about your life and situations.
-Accept > Complain
Work on your goals:
-The reason why you are here is to achieve something in life and to find purpose within it.
-No matter how hard you think it is, do it.
Analyze your schedule :
- Be technical with your routine and prioritize your time.
- Maintain a simple schedule that makes you productive.
Be consistent :
- Repetition is the key.
- Rome was not built in day, great things take time.
The above-mentioned are just the tip of the glacier, you can find a lot of things that can aid you in becoming your better version. The only single tip I would give is to take action and all of the other things fit in irrespectively.
